Access matters as much as the build itself. A couch that has to be taken apart to clear a tight doorway or a narrow staircase adds real work, and so does a bed frame that needs to be disassembled and reassembled in a room with no clear path. If a piece has to come apart before it can be put back together, we factor that in from the start, not after we're standing in your living room.
